Shalom. I feel like it’s been weeks since I was in Toledo, but it was only Wednesday. It was a long week for me. But I’ve finally worked the images from my day trip to the former capital of Spain. I hope to return later this week or next to hit a few museums I missed.
I took a train to Toledo. It’s a speedy train run by Renfe. Less than 20 euro round trip, which is why I hope to make the effort to return. The trip takes 30 minutes. The trains are very new and clean. A very pleasant experience.
The train station is beautiful. I don’t have a good shot of the stained glass, but the building is attractive. It is a 20th century structure designed to look like the moorish style of the middle ages.
Toledo is beautiful. The pics in the slide show are really great…….. I hope you wake up refreshed this morning. Me hoping you will fill this post out….. 😀 There are soooo many beautiufl photos….. *HUGS*
Fantastic! Love the moon in that last shot. The Jewish neighborhood—did you know that was there? What an incredible place. Thanks for sharing with us homebodies!

I would love to go there some day! Many Danes visit Spain on vacations because the weather in the Winter is so nice and warm.
I took the Renfe from Granada to Sevilla, and I loved it! And I wish I could have travelled to Toledo. Sigh. I miss Spain like crazy.
Don’t consider it cheating! The slide show was great.
