I’m not sure I ever fully documented the shuk for you. So, on my last day, I send you a few photos as I continue my WordPress tests.

The shuk is the open air market in in the older part of modern Jerusalem. One can get nearly every thing you might need in and around the shuk. But most come for the groceries.

Fresh produce is abundant and very inexpensive. Meat is not so inexpensive, but shuk prices beat the supermarkets by leaps and bounds.

The last shot is from inside a coffee shop looking out toward a women’s accessories vendor.

I’m going to buy a few more souvenirs here and then head to apartment to clean up.
